...since they didn't the last time it snowed!

Received word at 12:28 p.m. that Cairo Public Schools will dismiss at 1 P.m.
Guess somebody finally found "Da Man"!
Of course, the other area schools made their decisions long, long ago...
...then, again, their superintendents don't live in Chicago!!!
