CAT Tracks for January 27, 2012 SPECIAL BOE MEETING...AGENDA

The Cairo Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on Saturday, January 28, 2012, beginning at 9 a.m. (expected to last until 4 p.m.)

Do NOT expect to see minutes...no way!

If one were to attend, one would sit on the cold, hard steps from shortly after 9 a.m. until noon while the BOE interviewed three applicants for the 2012-2013 Superintendent's job. One would then keep sitting (if unable to rise to one's feet) or one could go to lunch from 12 noon until 1 p.m. That's when the next round of three applicants would begin. Then, the BOE would vote to exit closed session and vote to adjourn.

Hmmm...

Except for attendance, guess the above was the minutes!

Sure beat the hell out of cold, hard steps...
