...the latest rumor.

Following Monday's FOP meeting, the meeting where the FOP voted to approve the Cairo Board of Education's intent to re-post the Superintendent of School's vacancy...

At least one "powers that be" received a call...from "he who shall remain nameless", inquiring as to what was going on in Cairo School District Number One.

I don't know the full content of the conversation, don't need to know the full content of the conversation.

The (unfortunate) confirmation part of the conversation were words to the effect:

"I'm getting my resume together. I've got some unfinished business down there."
