SPECIAL BOE HEARING/MEETING |
The Cairo Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 6 p.m. (a school board training with a representative of the Illinois Association of School Boards.) Prior to that training, there will be a public hearing at 5:45 p.m. (on a Waiver/Modification regarding Lincoln's Birthday.)

Contrary to expectations, I shall not attend this public hearing/special meeting.
The Lincoln's Birthday waiver/modification will not be challenged...will be approved. The school board training will not effect any noticeable change in the behavior of same...just another chance to dine on your dollar.
I may be masochistic, but not beyond reason.
There will be ample opportunity to celebrate and satiate my morbidity two nights hence...
