...followed by the new and improved minutes!
CAT Tracks Editor's Note:
BUSTED!
He who laughs last, laughs best.
That "he" is not me...
...that he would be the Financial Advisor who does the real minutes, who wisely waits until the meeting is actually held before taking fingers to keyboard.
I will venture an opinion...
If you are an employee of CSD #1, you will not be laughing after you scroll down read my amended after-meeting minutes.
The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m.
All members of both groups were present except Rodney Moore (who arrived at 6:13 p.m.)
No employees or members of the public asked to be recognized.
A motion was made, seconded, and passed to approve the amended agenda. (Justin Miller had asked that "Discuss Pending Litigation" be added to the agenda for closed session.)
The BOE and FOP voted to enter closed session at 6:05 p.m. The BOE and FOP voted to exit closed session at 8:05 p.m.
FOP President Elizabeth Lewin announced that there was no action to be approved following closed session...
...dropping the bomb that the Superintendent search would continue. (As in...Marcus Alexander will not be the next superintendent of Cairo School District Number One.)
The joint meeting was adjourned at 8:06 p.m
Postscript:
Crow does not taste like chicken!
