I. Call to Order - 5:51 p.m. (Coleman, Gooden, Nelson, Moore, and McBride were present...along with CEO/Interim Superintendent Justin Miller and Superintendent-in-waiting Andrea Evers.)

II. Review 2011-2012 Amended Budget - Mr. Miller indicated that the District had received additional revenue of $290,000 during the past fiscal year (consisting of a maintenance grant and some mandatory categoricals from previous years.) However, the District had also incurred additional expenses totaling $120,000. Also subtracted from the budget were $175,000 in contingency funds (which were not needed.) Bottom line: The District operated at a deficit of $435,639 (although that was over $100,000 less than expected.)
