Did not go to the meeting, so no "minutes".

That said...

The latest candidate for the vacant positon of Superintendent of Cairo School District Number One (Andrea Evers) was in the District on the day of the FOP meeting (Monday). Interim Superintendent/CEO Justin Miller showed Adrea Evers around the District. Andrea also attended the FOP meeting and was interviewed by the full FOP.

No action on the position was taken. (In the process, the BOE would first vote to hire a new superintendent; the FOP would then vote to approve said action.)

So...

Stay tuned for an announcement of special meetings of the BOE and FOP (or a joint meeting of both)...

...or not.
