CAT Tracks for August 4, 2011 NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

This just in from CNN...the CAT News Network:

Madam CAT President was notified at approximately 1:30 p.m. today that the negotiations session scheduled for Monday, August 8, 2011, at 6 p.m. has been canceled by the Cairo Board of Education. This was the meeting during which the BOE was to submit their initial bargaining proposal. That event is now tentatively scheduled for Monday, August 15, 2011, at 6 p.m.
