The scary thing...

If I were still an active teacher (damn, that is scary!!!) and if I were a "facebook person" (which I'm definitely not), I could see me doing this!

I mean...

The kids did it voluntarily. Everybody laughed and had fun. It was one of those "bonding" moments that show the students that teachers are human too and can relate to them...which improves the learning environment/connection. The teacher probably wanted to share her "precious" moment with family and friends. (Beats the hell out of the usual facebook fare: I went to see Les Miserables last night and the kid behind me kept kicking my seat; here's a picture of what I ate at the new Mexican restaurant last night; I don't feel too good today, must have been something I ate.)

Hell, who knows, such moments might even raise the effing standardized test scores!

Now the teacher faces firing???
