Whoever wrote the first half of his speech did an excellent job identifying the things wrong with the Obama administration's obsession with standardized testing and the evaluation of teachers based on same.

Unfortunately, the second half of the speech can be summarized by "Damn the critics, full speed ahead!"

No surprise there...
