For what it's worth, I'm agin it.

It will be an enforcement nightmare. It will become the most violated law since prohibition. That "experiment" should have proved for all time that it's bad policy to pass laws banning what most people think should be legal. It creates contempt for the law in general.

Also, there is likely to be an increase in traffic accidents as all those people pull off the road to answer their phones or get pulled over to receive their ticket.

I mean, who can ignore a ringing phone?
