CAT Tracks for August 24, 2012

Various cranes have been busy demolishing houses throughout Cairo during the past couple of weeks.

Well, yesterday, they (or another company) made their move on some larger, more visible sites:

The old Rhodes Burford furniture store...

The former site of the Hong Kong/Harpers Restaurant (across Sycamore from the Alexander County Court House)...

The two-story yellow house across Sycamore from the Wonder Market...

The Relax Inn (immediately south of the Nu Diner)...

Other cranes were still busy at other sites off the beaten path...
