THE WORLD OF EDUCATION

Another New York Times Columnist gives his biased, simplistic view of the world of education...

...and I shall not rant, nor rave.

Suffice it to say...

...he's wrong...

He totally ignores the role played by differences in culture throughout the various countries of the world.

It's just like when education "reformers" in the United States choose to ignore poverty as the driving force for inequities in educational achievement, instead pointing the finger of blame at teachers trying to work miracles on stripped-down budgets.

Nuff said!

From the New York Times...
