I guess this shows that United States Secretary of Education Arne Duncan does read, that he is aware of what the media say about failed and/or abused education policies (e.g. the CCSS)...

...he just doesn't give a damn...

...unless it's an opportunity for the meddler-in-chief (supported this time by the U.S. Attorney General) to intrude further into local and state education matters.

Hmmm...

Wonder whether CAT Tracks ever made the National Security Agency's surveillance list? Another reminder to heed my horoscope and "Watch your words in 2014!"?

Then again, upon further review, my horoscope specified: "Get ready to learn the art of diplomacy and compromise in order to keep the flow between you and your loved ones."

After consulting with the Common Core math standards for "crotchety old CATs", that combination just doesn't add up.

Plus...

...somebody needs to call out Arne Duncan on his misguided ways.

However...

Since Arne wields the equivalent of a sawed-off shotgun in all things education...
