iPADS...CHILDREN BEHAVE |
From Mind/Shift
How Much Freedom to Give Kids With School-Issued iPads?
Children:
Don't visit unauthorized web sites.
Good luck with that...
Song of the day:
And now, to that list, add:
Children behave,
That's what they say when we're together,
And watch how you play,
They don't understand,
And so we're,
Running just as fast as we can,
Holdin' onto one another's hand,
Tryin' to get away into the night,
And then you put your arms around me,
And we tumble to the ground,
And then you say,
I think we're alone now,
There does't seem to be anyone around.
I think we're alone now,
The beating of our hearts is the only sound.
Look at the way,
We gotta hide what we're doin'.
'Cause what would they say,
If they ever knew and so we're,
Running just as fast as we can,
Holdin' onto one another's hand,
Tryin' to get away into the night,
And then you put your arms around me,
And we tumble to the ground,
And then you say,
I think we're alone now,
There does't seem to be anyone around.
I think we're alone now,
The beating of our hearts is the only sound...
In short...
It didn't work in 1967 and it sure as hell ain't gonna work in 2013!
So my only question when I read shtuff like this...
Are these administrators and teachers that naive or are they just trying to give themselves (im)plausible deniability?
