Again with the "in the eye of the beholder" thing.

As I was reading the article above, my mind conjured up visions of "education reformers", wanting to replace the elder teachers with TFA wonders (fresh out of college with five weeks of training), have them spend two years "in the herd", and then move on to their real jobs...

...all the while expecting the public school system to improve by getting rid of the "oldsters" who are determined to defend the status quo.

Hmmm...
