...since Race to the Top is simply NCLB on steroids, I would think the same driving (testing!) philosophy would be alive and well.

...that the sour attitude of the acting deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Education is due to the push-back that the administration is getting from students, parents, teachers, administrators, and Republicans all over the land!
