...and now the current United States Stooge of Education, Arne Duncan, resurrects a favorite mantra of the former "Edumacation President", George W. Bush, who, in condemning public education and its practitioners cited "the soft bigotry of low expectations".

According to the Arne Duncan, most students with disabilities simply need a tougher curriculum and more testing in order to excel.

Since Arne can pay homage to the past, so shall I...
