CAT Tracks for July 19, 2013 CCSS...FLASH IN THE PAN?

The Common Core State Standards...

CCSS

I have heard some former colleagues substitute a different word for "Core" when referring to the new national standards...namely, "Common Crap".

After so many years of teacher beat-downs and seeing up close and personal so many failed education reform plans, I am more than willing to chime in with my version of the second two letters..."Silly Sh*t".

So, when I purrused the article below, my cerebrum commenced contemplating catty commentary.

But then I pawsed...

...with the realization that I am blessed!

I left the classroom before CCSS was born...

...I know nothing!

If my life depended on it, I could not recite one standard.

Did I mention...

..."I am blessed!"

So...
