CAT Tracks for September 29, 2013 BILL GATES UNPLUGGED

Unhinged?

This fella has entirely too much money to play with.

A leader of the modern "education reform" movement, intent on dismantling public education in favor of charter and/or online schools...

...who admits he doesn't have a clue whether it will work.

This, after he has already admitted that his last big education silver bullet (small high schools) failed.

So much disruption, so many lives negatively affected...

...mistakes that can't be corrected by hitting the combination of control, alt and delete buttons.
