SAD NEWS...PRAYER VIGIL |
Below is the relevant portion of an e-mail distributed by CJSHS Principal Zena Madison regarding the passing of a Cairo High School student:
Dear Teachers,
We lost one of our students, Myron Jordan, to senseless violence on Wednesday, November 26th. This is a sad occasion for us and mostly our students to endure. We will be having a candlelight vigil on Sunday, November 30th @ 5:00 p.m. at the high school. I would love for you to attend to support Myron's family but most of all our students. I actually saw Myron get shot, it happened right in front of my house. Let's Pray!
