A sour puss, you say?

Well, hey, what did you expect...

...from the homeroom teacher whose entry for the Christmas door decoration contest back in the day was a scrawled in chalk "HO HO HUM!" (this after I cajoled my students for the week before, offered to buy the materials out of my own pocket if they would do the decorating, only to receive no takers. My three little words were just a (low-stakes) "assessment" of their obvious attitude toward the whole endeavor. (So much for my attempt at being a guide on the side.)

Oh, by the way...

...we didn't win (and the judges didn't seem to appreciate my sense of humor. Bad CAT!)
