Thought about using the moniker "Mr. Scrooge" for Governor Rauner...
...but Scrooge showed an ability to change his evil ways, to see the light, when confronted with a vision of the fate of rich people who ignore and/or take advantage of the poor.
Sadly, like Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin before him, Rauner shows no such inclination.
