STRUGGLING TO FIND JUSTICE IN ATLANTA

Atlanta Judge Urges Talks on Sentences in School Cheating Case

CAT Tracks Editor's Note:

Have you heard?

Bob Dylan has released a new CD...

...in which he does as aging singers are wont to do...

...covering standards from back in the day.

Hey, I bought it...

...and am struggling to finish it.

Let's just say that Bob's effort ain't Willie Nelson's Stardust.

Memo to Mr. Dylan:

You'd be better served updating and releasing your standard, "Blowin' in the Wind".

I've taken the liberty of adding a new couplet to get you started:

"Blowin' In The Wind"
Song Lyrics
YouTube Video

Yes, how many educators must be jailed
Before high-stakes testing is banned?

Sadly, as before:

The answer is blowin' in the wind.

And, another thing, Bob...

Instead of covering standards from "the good old days" (which weren't actually good for a whole lot of people), how 'bout writing new protest songs for a new generation (which is still experiencing the injustices from what you saw as "the bad old days".)

Oh, you might have to dust off the lyrics a bit (but not much!)

History does indeed repeat itself when those in power strive to preserve their place at the expense of those they consider their lessers...

...regardless of race, creed, or color.
