A message to the new boss of Illinois, Governor Bruce "The Demolition Man" Rauner...
...from an avowed spokesman for the working class, "The Boss"...
"He wants to gut higher education spending by a massive 31 percent. He hopes to castrate unions."
"...the state budget needs right-sizing. But there's little value in offering ideas that are guaranteed to die in the Legislature, especially when Rauner's $6 billion in cuts largely targets the poor and working class."
