END OF DAYS |
Well, actually, a proposed end of snow days in Illinois...
...a stupid idea brought to you courtesy of the General Assembly.
From WSIL TV Channel 3
CAT Tracks Editor's Note:
If not stupid...
...it's certainly an idea well ahead of its time!
What about the multitudes that don't have digital access at home...
...either because they don't have computers or tablets...
...or because they have no broadband access?
Cairo Illinois...
...and a lot of other rural areas...
...not to mention the homes of poor people, where choosing utilities and food took precedence over an Internet connection.
Where technology meets reality...
...whether pompous politicians want to admit it or not.
Homework, homework?
When the weather outside is frightful enough to shut down school...
...give 'em a break!!!
