The Cairo Board of Education held a Special Meeting on May 4, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. for the purpose of reorganization.
All members were present.

As previously reported, Vernon Stubblefield replaced Rodney Moore as member.
The regularly scheduled monthly meeting will continue to be the third Thursday of the month at 6 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 5:48 p.m.
