...but doesn't have a solution of his own...
...and hands the problem off to us.?
Well, Jay...
As Shakespeare's Hamlet opined:
Or, as Robert Zimmerman (aka Bob Dylan) sang:
My two cents:
So...
...just how do we help our least motivated, most disruptive students?
Easy answer, add it to the list:
Hey, as Messrs. Simon and Garfunkel sang in the appropriately titled "Still (Keeping) Crazy (Hours) After All These Years"...
...it's four in the morning, (I'm) crapped out, yawning.

...secure in the knowledge, dear CATs, that when you awaken, you shall spring from the bed, bound off to school with foolish grins on your faces to turn in your keys and dance to the #1 song of each and every school year:

The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind.
Ain't nobody sayin' because ain't nobody knowin' and they never will.
Be safe and enjoy...
...you earned it!!!
