Cairo Students Start First Day of School in New Uniforms

CAT Tracks Editor's Note:

If school uniforms are such a great idea and so instrumental in reducing bullying and raising student achievement...

...then why in the hell would the District be considering reducing the impact by 20% with an effing "dress-down" day every week?

Shades of the old "hats and sunglasses days", effing pajama days and cross-dress days, and whatever other damn distraction that the District used to dream up for "homecoming week".
