I used to attribute my good fortune to the constant exposure to a multitude of germs experienced by those in the teaching profession, the build up of an immunity factor...

...then there was the "retirement thing" and my blessed isolation in the CAT cave.

Well...

...this year's flu strain must be a particularly virulent variety.

I have spent the past week waging a valiant fight with the best OTC drugs money can buy.
