Hmmm...

...maybe in the spirit of the season, he would break into song:

"God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" (you finally got your way.)

Or, maybe an updated version of the novelty classic:

"Obamacare got run over by a reindeer, walking home from Congress Christmas Eve" (HO HO HO)

I mean...

...the one and only reason that Democrats and Republicans finally came together to rewrite ESEA was because Obama and Duncan stretched their executive powers to the breaking point when they bribed states with RTTT money to accept their views of education reform.

So, President Obama, try to claim victory all you want...

...it has a hollow ring indeed.
