From KFVS TV Channel 12
CAT Tracks Editor's Note:
William Bradley (Brad) Colwell is not new to SIU...
...and has a Cairo School District connection, having served as a member of the CSD Financial Oversight Panel (FOP) from May 2006 into 2010.
A review of the CSD FOP archives shows that Colwell was welcomed to the FOP at the May 25, 2006, meeting. He last attended a meeting on February 19, 2010. Manuel Goins was appointed to replace Colwell on November 22, 2010.
