Gotta give The Donald credit for one thing, he's smooth.

After weeks of denying that Russia had anything to do with hacking designed to influence the outcome of the 2016 election for President, namely to help him defeat Hillary...

...after U.S. intelligence agencies offer proof that his buddy Putin ordered it...

...well, The Donald, without missing a beat, altered his message to say: "there was absolutely no effect on the outcome whatsoever".

Ha!

From they didn't do it to, well, okay, maybe they did, but it still didn't affect the outcome.
