The Donald asks that we all pray that Arnold's "Apprentice" ratings improve.
What a sad little man (Donald, not Arnold) who after being elected to the most powerful position in the world, feels so insecure (or has such a need for adulation) that he uses every opportunity to belittle others to make himself feel bigger.
