HOW TO DISTINGUISH FACT FROM FICTION

From eSchool News

How media literacy is critical to saving our democracy

CAT Tracks Editor's Note:

You can wring your hands and follow the advice of the article above (and the promised ones to come) or you can cut to the chase.

Tell your students to watch FOX News exclusively. Great Network! TRUTH!!!

Under no circumstances should they watch CNN, MSNBC, et al. Losers! LIES!!!

If you have students who actually read, warn them to stay away from such rags as The New York Times, The Washington Post. Terrible! MORONS!!!

They should limit their reading to the National Enquirer. Heavyweight! JUST THE FACTS!!!

If your students don't trust their own interpretations, then they should tune into the White House briefings by Sean Spicer...

...and, by all means, catch Kellyanne Conway whenever possible.

Okay, okay, I have sinned...

...broken my pledge to label my anti-Trump posts.

Unless of course, you believe my catty commentary.

In which case:

"See, a leopard may not be able to change its spots, but an old liberal CAT can! Donald, Donald, he's my man...if he can't do it, nobody can!"

You should leave now...

For those of you who share my pain, here is A Letter of Apology From Bruce Springsteen for Letting Trump Win. (Warning: A wee bit of earthy language.)

Woulda, coulda, shoulda!
