Sandra T. McKinley was spotted by this old CAT on Wednesday, September 21st, at the Carbondale Verizon store...

...and, she actually smiled!!!

Then, again, she wasn't trying to herd CATs as principal of CHS...

...instead, she was talking with an apparent friend.

Fortunately, we never made eye contact, thus saving us an awkward moment of social niceties.
