With a September 30th deadline looming, the leadership of the Republican Party is damned and determined to take away access to decent medical care from untold millions of Americans...
...including members of their own party.
Late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel has been outspoken in his opposition...
...and been subjected to ridicule by defenders of the bill for not knowing what is talking about.
Well, this week, the "experts" spoke out...
...and agreed with Jimmy.
I took the liberty of scanning New York Times Columnist David Leonhardt's opinion piece in case you've hit the pay wall and cannot access the full article. Unfortunately, the links don't work, but you can see the major healthcare players opposed to Graham-Cassidy.

Once again, it takes three Republican senators to stand up and say "NO!" to stop this latest attack on the healthcare of Americans.
So far, the count is two:
Kentucky's Rand Paul, because he thinks it should be worse! Sigh.
Arizona's John McCain, who blocked the last attempt to "do harm".
The Republican leadership is trying to "buy" other fence straddlers with extra money earmarked for their states. (Hmmm...wonder what 30 pieces of silver is in today's dollars?)
Hopefully they will fail...
...and American citizens - Democrats, Republicans et al - will win.
This is truly a matter of life and death...
