Informational:
- Sports schedules were given to the BOE members by CJSHS Athletic Director Larry Wood.
- Waterford Summer School Results given to BOE members.
- The Regular November BOE meeting will be held on November 13th instead of November 15th.
The BOE voted to enter Closed Session at 6:15 p.m. The BOE voted to exit Closed Session at 8:55 p.m.

- Jr. High Girls Basketball Assistant Coach - Latrice Wood
- Yearbook Sponsor - Keosha Engram
- Jr. High Scholar Bowl Sponsor - Ryan O'Shea
The District is adding a full-time custodial position which will be posted in The Cairo Citizen.
