The Cairo Board of Education held its Regular Meeting on Thursday, January 16, 2020, at 6:30 p.m.

The CAT President's Report:
Called to order at 6:37 p.m. Coleman, Gooden, Harris, Nelson were present. McAllister arrived at 6:55.
Griffin Goetz presented for the Labor's International Union. They gave high praise to the two students who are participating in their program, Alton Hervy and Dorian Howard.
The BOE voted to enter closed session at 7:20 p.m.
The BOE voted to exit closed session at 8:50 p.m.
Requiring Action/Decisions By Board of Education:
- Item 1, no resignations.
- Item 2, none.
- Approved item 3.
- Tabled item 4.
- Item 5 approved.
- Item 6 approved.
The BOE voted to adjourn at 8:54 p.m.
