Well, I have to admit that I have strongly considered prayer during the past few days, weeks, and years...

...in fact, ever since noon on January 20, 2017.

In response to the above letter, all I can say is:

God in Heaven, deliver us from evil...

...the evil that is Donald J. Trump and his enablers.

Only an evil man would sell out our Kurdish allies who reportedly lost 10-11 thousand soldiers fighting ISIS for us, allowing the U.S. to lose only 6 soldiers.

But, hey, (Donald says as justification) the Kurds didn't help us at Normandy!? This stupid statement from the same man who said that the Continental Army took over the airports from the British during the American Revolution! The effing airports in 1776??? (Guess Kittyhawk and the Wright Brothers in 1903 was FAKE NEWS!)

Of course, this is also the same "patriotic American" who dodged the draft during the Vietnam war but claimed victory in his "own personal Vietnam" by avoiding sexual diseases during that time. Now, as Commander-in-Chief, he orders American soldiers to step aside (against their will) and allows true patriots to be slaughtered by Turkish and Russian forces, (Donald J. Trump...Putin's Puppet.)

And, to add insult to injury, when confronted with the potential release of thousands of imprisoned ISIS fighters as the Kurds are forced to fight for survival against Turkey, our "President" gives a flippant response: Not to worry. The ISIS terrorists will all go to Europe, they won't come here. This from the same President who sent the military to our border with Mexico, claiming that the terrorists were entering the United States from there. And he calls himself "a very stable genius", claimed just this week that he possessed "great and unmatched wisdom". You can't have it both ways, Donald. Are the terrorists coming or are they not? Stupid is as stupid says and does.

I'm a realist, so I wasn't for impeachment. I mean, what's the point? The Republican-controlled Senate will just vote "Not Guilty" and Trump will tout his TOTAL EXONERATION from the WITCH HUNT!!! And, if you listen to the pundits, they warn that the Republican-driven impeachment of Bill Clinton backfired and cost them seats in the following election. So, just skip it and gear up for the 2020 presidential election. (Pity the Democrats though. This time, they won't have to just beat Donald and the Russians, they will have to beat Donald and the Russians, the Ukrainians, the Chinese, and all the other countries that he solicits during the coming year.)

But...

Recent events have changed my mind, unintended consequences be damned. Donald J. Trump is a clear and present danger to our democracy, abusing his power on a regular basis. He lies and breaks the law without remorse. And now he adds the betrayal (murder?) of our allies to gain favor with foreign despots.
