The Cairo Board of Education conducted a Public Hearing on the Amended Budget (2019-2020) at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 25th.

Call to order at 6:00 p.m.
Stubblefield, Coleman, Nelson, and Gooden were present. Moore and Harris arrived at 6:07 p,m. District Financial Director Janiece Blake and Superintendent Andrea Evers were also present.
Between $500 and $700 hundred thousand will actually be in surplus.
The BOE voted to approve the Amended Budget.
The BOE voted to adjourn at 6:20 p.m.
