CAT President's Report:

The meeting was called to order at 6:00.

Members present: Coleman, Gooden, McAllister. Nelson, Moore, and Harris. (Stubblefield arrived after they had gone into closed session.)

Examples of Excellence: Chassidy Johnson spoke about her experience at the Junior. Beta club Leadership Conference.

Approved Consent agenda

Informational :

• Roofing project should be completed by Aug 17.

• Advertised to purchase a 10 passenger van, but have received no offers..

• Rest of items will be discussed in closed session.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 6:09 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at 10:20 p.m.

The BOE voted to accept the resignation Keith Campbell as Junior High/Senior High baseball coach.

The BOE vote to hire personnel for various coaching positions. (See list below.)

All other items under "Requiring Action/Decisions By Board of Education" were approved by the BOE, except Item (4). Approval of the Two-Year Secretarial Contract was tabled.

The BOE voted to adjourn at 10:35 p.m.
