CAT President's Report:

Members present: Stubblefield, Coleman, Gooden, McAllister, Moore, Harris, Also, Superintendent Rice and Finance Director Blake. Vice President Moore conducted the meeting in the absent of President Nelson.

Suspending use of facilities will be voted on after closed session discussion.

Added Superintendent's Report #4: Reopening of School - We will be using the hybrid plan. Surveys of parents will be done to see how many are going use remote learning and who will be sending students to school. Parents must commit to either for 1st quarter.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 6:42 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at 8:21 p.m.

Requiring Action/Decisions By Board of Education:

• Accepted resignation of John Jones as driver for 773 program.

• No hirings.

• Approved Items #3-9.

• Tabled Item #10.

• Added Item #11 - The BOE voted to suspend use of facilities for 60 days due to COVID-19.

The BOE voted to adjourn at 8:27 p.m.
