CAT President's Report:

Members present: Stubblefield, McAllister, Nelson, Gooden, Harris, Moore. Also present were Superintendent Rice and Financial Officer Blake.

Nothing to report from open session. Arguing about food delivery. Want to limit people from coming into the buildings after hours and on weekends. Very low enrollment but decided to see what happens after Labor Day.

The board is going somewhere (TBD) on their retreat. "School Reach" policy - not to be used except for school business.

The BOE voted to enter closed session at 7:10 p.m.

The BOE voted to exit closed session at 8:15 p.m.

Actions taken by the BOE:

• Approved items 1 and 2.

• Item 2 b - Athletic hires (Coaching Staff for 2020-2021) are below. (Ignore the lines through the names for Middle School Volleyball - an oops! - they were hired.)

• 2 c - Hired Thomas O'Brian as technology person.

• 2 d - Hired Laresha Reed 773 driver.

• Tabled 2 e

• Approved items 3-6.

The BOE voted to adjourn at 8:19 p.m.
